Internet connection issues

Since I had Sky full fibre installed on Monday 18 May I have experienced multiple internet problems:

Wednesday 20: complete loss of internet for over an hour

Saturday 23 could not use Zoom due to connectivity issues 

Sunday 24 complete loss of internet (still ongoing)

On top of these there have been many times when loading websites and browsing have hung for several seconds, something that never happened before the switch over.

Thanks, I did try these with no success. I eventually managed to get hold of a Sky support person who talked me through a lot of swithch off/switch back on again stuff and together we restored the service.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I've got the same issue last few days with my WiFi and I've been with sky for a 6 months.
