Internet connection issues

Since Monday, July 15, 2024, from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., all devices in my house automatically disconnect from Sky Broadband, though all the lights on the router are green. I have tried switching the router off and on, but no results. It automatically comes back at 7:00 a.m. each day. How should it be resolved?

Do you have Sky Q? If so its likely the boxes are going into Eco mode. No you can change this in the settings
