Since Monday, July 15, 2024, from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., all devices in my house automatically disconnect from Sky Broadband, though all the lights on the router are green. I have tried switching the router off and on, but no results. It automatically comes back at 7:00 a.m. each day. How should it be resolved?
