Internet connection going in and out

Hi guys, Is anyone else having problems with their internet? I lost connection about two hours ago, and then it was restored. Now it has gone again, but when I check my devices and devices, it says everything is okay and connected. My Hub has an orange light where the internet light is. Fed up with this Sky Glass. Regretting having it now with the amount of problems I keep having. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Same here. This is the second time today the internet has gone down and it went off for an hour or so a couple of days ago too. This is after months and months of there being no problems.  The App says everything is okay but it clearly isn't

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I have been having this problem on and off for ages as well. But I can't get through to anyone to sort it out. Will have to wait it out and keep doing the unplugging thing until something happens
