Re: Internet connection dropping
@loobylou3 Are you connecting to the system as a wireless wifi connection for doing all your work? If so have you tried a wired connection?

Re: Internet connection dropping
A wired connection is not an option as the hub is not in an accessible place for working

Re: Internet connection dropping
@loobylou3 for apps like teams you need a reliabke wifi connection it is likely that poor wifi in the room you are in is the issue. Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

Re: Internet connection dropping
@loobylou3 If that is your case then the advice that @Chrisee has given you then look at that, make a decission and do what is required, there are many solutions to fix poor wifi signal and the choice is all yours! If you have sky Max would suggest if not doing your own complete mesh to the Hub that you stick with what sky have on there Max addon package!

Re: Internet connection dropping
Why would it suddenly stop working properly when it has been fine for over since I joined Sky many months ago?

Re: Internet connection dropping
@loobylou3 What sky hub do you have, since you seem to be pointing everything to a sky broadband issue!

Re: Internet connection dropping
@loobylou3 a marginal connection can be affected by interference from a neighbour's network which has moved to use the same or adjacent channel. If that applies then rdboot your hub as that causes it to find the best channel which msy work for a while but thecanservis better wifi.
