My WiFi router is down and won't connect to the internet

@Saffy87 once the connection has been down for an hour run Sky's Service Checkervin thecMy Skky app using a mobile connection when it should have picked up the dropped connection and should tell you if there is a known issue affecting your line or if not after running you through a few checks offervto book an engineer. Alternstively you can call Sky and queue to go through essentially the same process.
