Internet cable hanging off property

Hi, I had scaffolding go up a few months ago, and my internet cable is hanging off my property. And sometimes my internet connection is not working.

Whoever had the scaffolding on your property should have fixed that if they caused it. 

Your option now would be to call Sky and report the fault, Openreach would need to come and put it right.
