Internet cable broken

The cable entering my property for the Internet has broken. I need an engineer/BT to fix

@Erinjw you will need to call Sky who should be able to arrange to get the cable repaired. Depending on how tge fault happened there msybe a charge.

If the cable is outside of your property then usually there should be no charge.
