Internet being down looking to cancel our contract

Our internet is down for a second night in a row now can we cancel our contract we have only been under contract since the end of may

@Sk52 You won't be able to cancel unless Sky can't get Openreach to fix the issue, the target time is 2 working days starting the day after the fault is reported(i assume you have reported the issue to Sky?).

You could exercise your rights during the cooling off period, but the loss of connectivity itself doesn't have a bearing in the matter.
