Internet and wifi not working

An agent has come out and failed to identify the problem or fix it - the internet and wifi is not working and it has not worked all weekend since Friday. I work from home and had to go to the office today so it could be fixed but the open reach agent has failed to fix it. The internet light is not coming on on the router

Perhaps the issue is one that's going to take a bit longer to fix (although there is still time today).

Its worth adding that for customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.
