Internet Disconnection

On 17/08/25 from around 9am to the time of writing 17:45, the internet has disconnected approximately 10 times. Restarting the hub and switching the power on/off gives temporary relief as the hub eventually reconnects. But sure as the sun rises, the internet will disconnect eventually. 

What can be causing this and what can Sky do to ensure it does not happen again?

@Kvk96 most likely a fault on your line so unless the service checker innthe My Sky app tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your service give them a call so it can be sorted.

Thanks, is there a number for this line? Too many buttons and automated voices that I keep running into.
