Internet Connection to Computer & Sky Q Keeps dropping
I upgraded my router and broadband service In December 2024, and since then, multiple times per day, the connection between the router and the Sky Q box and my Computer have dropped. This has meant me having to reboot the Sky Q box and means work vidoe calls are regularly interrupted. I upgraded my ethernet cables as suggested by the engineer, but this hasn't helped. The router is about 20 feet away from the devices (can't get it any closer) and I live in a fairly small apartment. Prior to the upgrade, this happened only occasiionally, but now it is many times a day. Help
