Internet Connection Issue – Request for Assistance

Dear Sky Team Internet Support, I am experiencing frequent interruptions in my internet connection. The service has been unstable, and I am unsure whether this is due to a weak signal from the source or an issue on my end. Could you please check the connection and inform me of the cause of this problem? I would appreciate your prompt response and any possible solutions to resolve this issue. Thank you for your support. @IbrahimLoulou  You're not talking to Sky Broadband support, this is a customer helps customer community

 

Sky support won't respond to forum posts.  No one here can check your connection.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You should be able to do this yourself so try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
