Intermittent wifi
Good evening,
I have been having the intermittent WiFi connection although all the lights seems fine and the WiFi checker in the app shows no issues.
Could you please advise what can I do next? I would happily cancel the service as long as it doesn't cost me the cancellation charge as mentioned in the beginning of the contract. I was told no cancellation charge if the broadband speed is not up to what was promised on the service level agreement.
