Intermittent service

I have checked the broadband speed and service and everything looks to be fine. However, my phone alternates between WiFi and 5g every minute or so. I've unplugged the router, turned it on again, disconnected my phone and forgotten the network, updated my phone and none of these have worked., it has been doing those for around 24hrs. What do I try next?

@Violet208 Check if your phone has acsettiing called something lije WiFi Assist in its mobile settings which allows the phone to use mobile data if it is fastervthan the WiFi. On iPhones tge setting is buried at yhe bottom of the Mobile settings so neddsxscrolling to find.
