They wanted to send out an engineer even though just had it installed which they were trying to charge me for, but only wanted a pod to be supplied as installer suggested to extend the WiFi to upstairs bedroom & as per the contract I signed up to and paying for. It is impossible to get through to anyone with everything automated even the human call centre operator....

Not all WiFi tests were good either. Shows poor WiFi signal upstairs, but when on call downstairs the connection to the hub is obviously ok to that. Poor WiFi.max signal to parts of house and sky still not sending out amy WiFi max pod as promised...
Said they would but still no confirmation or pod received......

So I have had this issue since march 20th 2024. I have had a pod sent out which did help some devices but still not able to access WiFi on some devices.
i was told that I needed more mb/s into my house (blamed how many devices I had, but wasn't an issue on the old black router) so I upgraded to the fibre and paid more money a month. I am due my fibre to be installed at the start of July and I'm really hoping this will resolve my issue.
will update back here once my fibre is installed and have more mb/s into my house.

Had FTTP gigabit ultra fast installed end of May. Some TV streaming still jerky in places & sometimes unstable. Maybe Disney plus or netflix server.
But much better ethernet speeds.....just no WiFi all around the house as they have not sent out any pods to extend it as promised 😔
Good luck after install, as once they got you signed there's no customer service. See if they're breaching my contract next on WiFi max.....
