Every so often I am losing broadband and the voice light is orange and no light at internet. I have followed all instructions to resolve but it is happening daily now. Please advise?

The first few weeks after having broadband installed we had intermittent loss, then it was ok. But just recently it is happening every Tuesday into Wednesday morning. Customer service for this issue was awful, the advisor didn't have a clue. I'm just waiting to see what happens this Tuesday.
