Intermittent internet connection

My sky Internet has been connecting and dropping consistently since approx 4pm today 9th May.

Sometimes the Internet light on the hub goes out, then turns green when it reconnects, other times it remains green even though I have no Internet. 

Sky Q main box is telling me I have no Internet and my mini boxes are unable to work.

Can someone advise of any known issues today. 

DA13 area.

@Amy230680 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
