Intermittent internet/ WiFi connection and reduced speeds

Good day I have been having intermittent Internet or WiFi connection for the last few days. Sometimes the Internet is slow which leads to buffing/ lagging when streaming. I have done a few speedtests and checked the connection via the sky app and website. All seems fine but at times the problem still persists. I would really appreciate it if this issue could be looked at. Kind regards
