Intermittent freezing of streaming service (Netflix)

I am currently watching Netflix directly via Sky broadband. Every five to ten minutes, the picture and sometimes the sound as well, freezes. The only way to restart it is to restart the app from the LG app list. The programme will either restart, or start from the beginning.

Are you able to test this from another device? To met it sounds like an issue with the TV app more than your broadband.
