Intermittent connectivity

My internet keeps dropping. I've checked router logs and it think it could be DNS related as I'm seeing logs such as TR69 Connect to ACS Failed: Could not resolve host

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@RichB24 TR69 is sky checking the sky Hub to record the speed that it is seeing for the daily log, you will find that once per day and near enough the same time daily it happens!
