Intermittent connection

Hi,

 

I am having a problem with my broadband. I have tried running there troubleshoot on the My Sky App and it says there isn't an issue; however, when I run a speed check on the speed checker app, I can see that the connection is dropping to less than 1m/b download and then increase to over 85m/b. It is making my sky stream TV buffer and then reconnect.
