Intermittent connection loss

I am experiencing an intermittent loss of connection these last few days.  

 

The online checked doesn't detect anything.  Have tried doing this when the connection is down but as the connection loss lasts just a minute it's difficult to do this.

 

I have followed the various troubleshooting steps for this issue.  

 

We have had this service a number years with no issue and have been happy.  But unfortunately it has become disruptive in our household.  

 

I'd like this to be investigated/raised please?

 

It is happened during the day as well as in the evening.

@Letty_80  How many times a day is this happening to you that the connection drops out?

This is happening to me too. It drops for a minute or so very frequently, sometimes a couple of times within half an hour. This has been happening for the last 2 days.

Hi and thank you for replying.

 

It's happened I'd say around 4 times yesterday.  Day before around 5 times.  

 

It's unusual for us as our connection is usually really good and reliable.

 

There is only one perosn at home during the day using the connection.

Just to add in case it's worth mentioning,  the connection usually comes back by itself.  

There was an instance today where we had to restart the hub/device to regain connection.

Hve you reported it to Sky?

They have been very helpful when i had similar issues and they sent out a new router.
