Intermittent connection and poor internet.

Over the past 48 hours we have been getting irregular connect to our Wi-Fi router, however the router has always had the green light on. But on all devises connected the internet keeps disconnecting.

 

on top of that when we are connected to the internet it is extremely poor and struggles to load webpages at times.

 

i have run a check on issues and broadband speed via the sky website but it says there are no issues at all, the router is fine and we have ultra finer connection with high download speeds.

 

something is clearly wrong but nothing is adding up to a clear issue. There must be a larger issue as other people on this form today have said similar things.
