Intermittent broadband

Over the last few weeks, my s broadband has been dropping out 5-6 times a day for a few seconds to a few minutes. Running the recommended tests on line, hub etc. shows no problem but it is useless as it is. We are due to switch to Superfast on 10th June, which will mean the phone line will also presumably drop out as above - not a safe position to be in. Ant advice welcomed,

Re: Intermittent broadband

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Do you have a weak or poor signal as a poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
