Intermittent ability to use apps

We are having increasing problems in accessing apps on our tv due to Sky settings tell us we have no internet connection.


This is becoming an increasing occurrence. Can you please look into this for us?

 

We have Sky Broadband, Sky WiFi and Sky Mobile.
