Intermittent Amber Internet Light on WiFi hub

For the past 3 days, the Internet light on my router turns amber every 20-30 minutes causing the Internet connection to my devices to drop out. I have checked for loose cables and reset the hub a few times, by clicking the reset button or switching it off but the amber light continues to appear.

Try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
