@Alunjw if the lights on the Sky hub indicate the line is down then you need to report it to Sky. If the connection has ben down for an hour tge Service Checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection should have picked it up and after walking you through a few steps should offer to book an engineer. Otherwise call Sky who will take you through the same steps.
