Instructions for returning sky router
Hi,
I cancelled sky broadband, to be kept until 15th August. I was told I will get instructions by post how to return the router and such but nothing came. When this will come? I do not want to pay a fine.

Re: Instructions for returning sky router
Thanks @Chrisee , but do I wait for the instruction to come by post or should I just send it as it says in the article? I just do not want to do something wrong or whatever. When i go into link to track the return packaging it says I do not have any active orders..

Re: Instructions for returning sky router
@JW93 it really doe s nt matter as long as you do as the page says however keep the proof of pistage safe as kit goes missing quite frequently at Sky's returns unit.

Re: Instructions for returning sky router
If it's a Q Hub then Sky is apparently no longer requiring their return because all such hardware becomes obsolete over the next two years.
