Installation
An out reach engineer should have been out on the 12th Aug followed by sky engineer on 28th August. There has been no outreach engineer as yet?! So can you please advise me on this matter

I'm guessing you mean Openreach, for a broadband installation. Unfortunately as we're customers here, we can't tell you what's happening. I'm afraid you'll need to contact Sky directly.
