Installation Date

I've recently signed up to Sky, and the activation date is Thursday 28th March, which is the only date showing up on my account. I received a phone call from a BT Engineer, who has said that they'll be coming on Monday 25th March to install the BT line, but haven't received any confirmation email or message to say that this is definitely the case, and can't find any sign of it anywhere on my account? Is there a way on contacting anyone to double check that they are definitely coming, so I'm not waiting on all day unnecessarily?

@Andyuk70  What is the package that you took with Sky, this might give us information that can help you. Was it superfast or ultrafast?

Hi, that's for the reply! Just checked my order, and it's the Gigafast broadband that I've signed up for. Hope this helps?

@Andyuk70  The reason for the 25th visit is most likely to do outside work that is needed before the install date of the 28th.

 

This is the optical fibre connection to the outside of the property and the inside work completed on the 28th
