Install date moved - will the broadband internet still work

We're moving from Now Broadband to Sky Full Fiber - Sky notifed Now that we are cancelling our account on initial install date of 10th March. However the install date has now moved to the end of March. I've phoned Now and they say they can't tell me (the account holder) anything. That I must phone sky. I've tried calling - but keep getting cut of by the AI Bot. 
Can anyone tell me if Sky automatically updates the previous suppler re termination date?

If you are switching (and you didn't contact NOW to cancel on a certain date) then you should remain live with them until Sky takes over the line of your new date. This might be they told you they can not answer this when you called them.
