Inrtnet not connecting to tv

TV is showing that I have no Internet connection. I have tried re booting and re setting router but has made no difference

Are other devices like mobiles connecting to your Wi-Fi and are working ok, if so have you rebooted your TV ?

Hey I had this issue too I had to factory reset my TV it then worked but dose still say disconnected but it dose connect hooe this helps
