Information about sky entertainment

Hi I'm looking at changing my broadband deal and have been offered sky entertainment with Netflix. It's a good deal at £39 a month which is less than I'm paying now for just broadband however it says "Sky Entertainment & Netflix Standard price will increase to £28 a month 1 April 2024." 

What does this mean does this mean I will be paying £28 extra in April?

Important to note that 'Entertainment with Netflix' is a television product, not broadband.  If you've been offered a co-sale of subscription television alongside a (heavily discounted) broadband product then the increased price applies to the television element.

Its the Sky TV, Netflix & Superfast Broadband

£11 month

for 1 month (then £39/month) deal just wondering if it would then be £28 on top of £39?

I believe it's a small increase on the television element because the rate for that goes up for everyone at the start of April each year.  The broadband appears to be being kept at a very discounted rate.

If the offer is for a set price then it is not affected by any price increases for the duration of the offer

if it is for money off then it may be affected as the offer is for a discount off the current price package so best to ask which it is when ordering
