Incorrect password sign

Just plugged in the new hub and waited for all the lights to go green then proceeded to put in the Wi-Fi code on my phone and it's coming up incorrect password for my hub.

@Terri63 first carefully check you are not confusing a letter O or I for the nubers 0 or 1 or vice versa which is very easy to do. If you are sure you are not delete the Sky connection on your phone then power the phone down and reboot and try again as phones can have a corrupted password memory thst needs clearing before they can accept the password.

@Terri63 In the box for the hub, you shoild have recieved a card with all the details on it, and is easier to see and read than looking at the label on the back off the hub if that helps you!
