Incorrect Password

Whenever i try to connect a new device like in this instance my smart TV, it keeps saying 'Incorrect Password' i type the password in exactly as it is on the back of the Sky Hub but the Tv won't connect

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
