Incorrect Password - despite being previously connected

My Sky Q box is saying I cannot connect to the Network as the password is incorrect, despite it being previously connected.  I  have gone through all the steps, more than once, and the Box still won't accept the password.  The TV is a smart TV and is connected to the broadband, so there is no problem there.  All other devices are connected via broadband, all on the same password.  I just cannot access my Sky package via the internet - all I have is the Sky Satalite bit.  I have had the Box for just over 5 years - do I need a new box please?  I do not have a RESET option either on the Menu screen and there is no System Management option either. Thank you .

@Susna why not use the WPS option to reconnect the Q box? Press and hold innthe wps button on the Q box for a few seconds until the led starts flashing then go to your Sky hub and do the same they should connect in under a minute.
