My address wasn't listed properly when I signed up. For eg I live at "flat 1", but the only option was “flat 1 - 4“ in the drop down list.
I'm supposed to be receiving my equipment on Sunday but so far have been unable to amend the address or get through to a human to help me via chat.
Do advisors assist on here?
