IPV6 v. IPV4

I require Sky to turn off IPV6 and revert to IPV4 as my email provider only talks to IPV4.

 

Help?

@Worldlee1  Sky won't turn off IPv6 as they use both.  Your email provider should still be able to connect to IPv4 as the 2 use different ip types.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
