hi
I am trying to set up a TP-Link Deco wifi mesh to my Sky Broadband. Am being asked for the IPTV/Vlan settings and also need to confirm that my IP setting is Dynamic and not Static.
please advise, thank you.

Sky fibre max was the old name of sky superfast fibre to the cabinet. I assume it is the same. Also are you using a 3rd party modem or are you just running it through the sky hub

In my opinion there is no benefit in entering vlan id and setting dynamic dhcp the sky hub will take care of the dhcp
Re : deco mesh you can disable wifi on the sky hub and either set deco to router mode or access point (if available)
If the deco is operating as a router you will get double nat with both sky hub and deco issuing lan ip addresses which is not an issue unless you are an avid gamer. In access point mode if available the sky hub does all the dhcp and the mesh will give you better internal connectivity without double nat
