I'm based in Ireland. My broadband is very weak in part of my house. A sky engineer advised that I try all the wifi channels to find the best one. The advised that I type 192.168.0.1 into my browser to log in to my hub/router. That number 192.168.0.1 worked up to a few months ago but won't work now. I tried contacting sky but was sent around in circles and got nowhere.
