Hi dear, I order broadband through the sky store in the November 17. But the customer service person placed the order with wrong address. Again I went to sky store in November 18 and I told them about the issue. They insisted me to do new order and have to cancel the order which made on November 17. But I am trying to call the customer service. But there is no response from them. I want to cancel the order first address please. Please help me.
