I switched from sky.

I've switched from sky to another provider how long does it take for my sky account to cancel?

It should cancel when you moved unless you were still in contract, if not and you see a credit on your account (bill) then post back here for further help.

I'm out of my contract but was wondering how long it takes I've paid last months bill & my sky app is still showing future bills.

@Help28 You will see your account until you are completely transfered to the other provider, once that is happened and sky have arranged for any credit to be applied to the account or anything else that applies like extra cost etc for calling it all takes about upto 6 weeks!

 

If the switch provider did NOT inform sky and you have NOT recieved conformation by e-mail that you are no longer a sky customer then that is different scenario and billing will continue for both as sky do not know and assume you still have broadband with them!
