I need help with my Wifi connection

It keeps saying I'm on a metered connection. 

The signal in my room is SO bad. I can't even work properly. I'm going to consider another Wi-Fi company if this is being kept up. 

 

STUPID app says everything is fine when it isn't. I can barely load anything on my lappet and it's slower than my Grandma on wheels. 


It keeps saying I'm on a metred connection when it should be unlimited. 

What the hell is going on? @Sky @Sky.Sky @halsupport 

Sick of this issue for years.
