I need help change mi WiFi

Good morning, I need to change my WiFi password. There are people who are not authorized to use my internet. Please help me change it. I entered the app but I couldn't do it. I can't find a way. Please help me.

If you have the new white hub and the settings for the WiFi Max hub are not showing in the My Sky app try signing out of then closing and re-opening the app. If they still are not showing contact Sky.

One poinr where a device shows as unlnown that does not mean anything other than the device is not telling the hub anything it can use as a name NOT thst it belongs to someone else.
