I need a second dedicated line for my home office, how do I book an engineer?

Hi,

I have signed up for Wifi Max to try get coverage in my home office. After messing around with extenders and failing to get any meaningful broadband in the office, I have decided I need to bite the bullet and arrange a second line.  How do I go about this?

It does not seem easy to arrange an engineer or even get hold of someone at sky to discuss this.

Help/guidance appreciated.
