I moved new home and want to fix broadband. Yesterday engineer came but he is enabled to do this. He asked me he can't do this. I need to take another appointment for my broadband. Thanks

@Mifan  You need to call Sky as we are customers and can't make the appointment for you

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
