Perhaps you could explain in full what the issue is.

@GD1 hello, thank you for your answer, I just want to move the internet from the old address to the new address. I don't know how to proceed, I'm trying to make an account but it doesn't work

@Costinradu  If you have an account at your old address you need to complete a home move https://www.sky.com/moving-home

 

You need to give a minimum of 10 working days to move your broadband services as these are the SLA's laid out by Openreach the network operator.
