I'm trying to upgrade my broadband to fiber online but keep getting error when I put my address in need help please

Often the reason is they have to explain something and gain your agreeement before an order can be placed. One common reason is thst by upgrading you lose your traditional voice line that being replaced with a service via your Sky hub which makes certain alarms etc no longer work but there can be others.
