I'm trying to upgrade my broadband to fiber online but keep getting error when I put my address in need help please

@lorne.twinining47 Sky's online ordering is prone to just failing without telling you why. In these circumstances call Sky - dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line is free - and talk to an agent.

 

Often the reason is they have to explain something and gain your agreeement before an order can be placed. One common reason is thst by upgrading you lose your traditional voice line that being replaced with a service via your Sky hub which makes certain alarms etc no longer work but there can be others.
