Hi there can i have my sky shield removed please

You can disable it on your my sky app or sky.com account product settings

Remove censorship watershed from broadband

@Thomas+abecketIf you are the main account holder you can login my account , Broadband & talk tab and click on broadband shield set it to 18 or off and save the changes.
