I'm about to switch to sky broadband have sky glass on order and I'm confused about sky broadband buddy.
it says only if downloaded before May 2022. Does that mean it's no longer available,

with BT I can block or control access to broadband to individual devices and it sounds like buddy is the sky alternative but is it still available? And is it compatible with sky glass

can't go back to negotiating with kids need something to control access

Sky appears to have ended new use of Broadband Buddy, presumably in anticipation of a new product. It still functions for existing users.

Yes, it's compatible with Glass.

presumably in anticipation of a new product...

Is that just speculation? Or have they had issues with the app and service and decided it wasn't worth it anymore... (or are they going to charge more for new customers with new product and no longer include it with bb boost)
